Cancellation Policy

Immersive Operator Training accepts that there are certain circumstances here an applicant has paid fees in advance to enroll on a course and are then forced to withdraw.

To receive a full refund the applicant must advise Immersive Operator Training in writing four weeks prior to the course commencement date.

If the applicant withdraws:

• 3-4 weeks prior to the course commencing 75% refund
• 2-3 weeks prior to the course commencing 50% refund
• 1-2 weeks prior to the course commencing 25% refund.

No refund will be given to participants who do not obtain their qualification after the Assessment.
