Enrolment Information
At the satisfactory conclusion of the assessment, a Certificate/Statement of Attainment is recorded for those units for which training has been assessed.
You will only be issued with a qualification after satisfactorily completing all the pre-requisites, exercises, assignments and practical displays, demonstrations or assessments the Training Officer has set for you to demonstrate knowledge and skills of all the learning displays as required under the relevant training package.
Practical Assessments
Participants will be required to undergo practical as well as theoretical assessments to demonstrate the learning outcomes. A pass for all learning outcomes is required to gain certification.
Fees are subject to change
Applicants should verify current fees on enrolment.
Discounts
Discounts on fees may apply where the applicant can show they have direct credits for module learning outcomes. Immersive Operator Training reserves the right to negotiate individual contracts.
Immersive Operator Training reserves the right not to take into consideration any fees paid for previous enrolments and may apply new fees at the then current rate for assessment.

Time Limit
This application and fee is limited to three months from the date of enrolment, or after the completion of the training course enrolled for. In the event that all the assessments have not been completed within the three months time allowed as a result of failure by the applicant, Immersive Operator Training reserves the right to make additional charges for additional assessments at the then current rates.
Recognition
Immersive Operator Training recognise and accept AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisations, enabling individuals to receive national recognition of their achievements by State or other Territories. Examples of Evidence required are: Certificates, Statements of Attainment
- All trainees are entitled to apply for Skills Recognition, Recognition of Prior Learning or Current Competency by analysis of qualifications and/or challenge assessment, as applicable, upon payment of the prescribed fee.
- Applicants must tender originals and copies of files for all documentation supporting the claim for unit/elective exemptions.
Examples of Evidence required are: work references, personal references, and any other evidence of competency the applicant deems relevant.
